Treasury Services
Most commercial banks offer standard services, but only Bank of Kansas City offers:
- COMMERCIAL CLIENT REPRESENTATIVES are
available to help you when you need it. A full-time banking "help
desk" is at your disposal for problem resolution.
- EXPERIENCED REPRESENTATIVES who can personally handle most any
question are assigned to each customer.
- SUNDOWN RULE - Any question you have will be answered by the
end of the day, or by the end of the day, you'll receive an update
on when it will be resolved.
- PROMPT SERVICE - When you call Client Services, that is what
you get. Even if your personal representative is away, you'll
be transferred immediately to another Commercial Client Representative
who can help.
